- 1 c frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Microwave the blueberries for 45 seconds, remove, stir and microwave another 45 seconds.
- Slightly mash the blueberries with a fork.
- Add in your chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and honey.
- Stir and cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for 6 hours.
