Sugarless Blueberry Pumpkin Seed Chia Jam

  • 1 c frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp. honey


  1. Microwave the blueberries for 45 seconds, remove, stir and microwave another 45 seconds.
  2. Slightly mash the blueberries with a fork.
  3. Add in your chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and honey.
  4. Stir and cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for 6 hours.
